We have become more confident, courageous, honest, and effective because of our principled leadership approach.

What is Principled Leadership ?

©

Principled Leadership© is a leadership approach where the leader is rooted in authentic behaviors, free from the influence of one’s ego, firm in the knowledge of self through identity, has a balanced perspective based on strong morals and values, and works in service of others that is based on love and respect.

Becoming a principled leader requires an exploration of identity; firm in sense of self as a means of authentically loving, and caring for others, enabling the courage to be in service of others.

This leads to a deeper and clearer understanding of one’s identity (ego); who you are and want to be providing the courage to be truly principled.

About Principled Leadership

Identity

The individual. Understanding you: who you are, who you want to be, where you bring the best version of yourself, while unleashing the potential in others.

Reconciling

Who you are with who you want to be, consistently. At work. At home. In your community.

Courage

To be you,
in all that you do.

Balance

Providing balance to your life and to those you work with.

AT PLI, WE BELIEVE LEADERSHIP is inextricably tied to identity;
your true core values, providing the confidence and courage to live a balanced and life-giving professional practice.
