Professional Experience

Strategic, fiscally prudent, and innovative leader and educator who has worked in Tertiary Education for the past 29 years in international education, recruitment, enrolment management, institutional communications, governance, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Project leadership, cross-cultural intelligence and administration, instructional design, policy development, strategic planning, and communications management have been key components in all of the positions I have held. I have experienced and understand the challenges of developing education and student-based programs that respect the needs and capabilities of students, the institution and its stakeholders for long- term sustainability. I have direct experience working in senior leadership roles in Higher Education. Understanding the pedagogical and fiscal challenges along with creating strategic business and communication plans has been integral to the success of the departments I have had the honour to lead.
